Mackenzie Community Centre Squash Court

• CRS, a Racquet Courts division of GSP supplied and installed a brand new squash court with 32 FT long X 18 FT high tempered glass walls at the Mackenzie Community Centre located in Mackenzie, BC.
• The city also plans to use this court as a multipurpose area with a wallyball and basketball configuration.
• Completed April 2022

One Burrard Tower Downtown Vancouver

• Supply and installation – 200 SQ. FT. of custom GSP Acoustifloor subfloor with rolled rubber finish flooring.
• Completed March 2022

Electric Avenue Condos Downtown Vancouver

• Supply and installation – 900 SQ. FT. of Playfall playground safety rubber tiles.
• Completed January 2022

Denman Athletics Personal Training Club

• Supply and Installation – 1000 SQ. FT. of Freedom Step Subfloor and GSP Acoustifloor Impact Rubber Tiles.
• Commercial offices are located below the gym so this soundproofing was critical.
• Completed September 2021 

Karen Magnussen Arena North Vancouver

• Supply and Installation – 5000 SQ. FT. of Dinoflex Sport Metro Blue Rubber Skate Flooring.
• Removed old rubber flooring and prepped the concrete for the new installation.
• Completed April 2021 

F45 Gym North Vancouver

• Supply and Installation – 2500 SQ. FT. of acoustic QTRBM Rubber Underlayment with 2″ X 2″ Dinoflex Stride tile and a Top Layer of F45 Rubber Tiles.
• Supply and Installation of F45 Blue Turf with Rubber Underlayment.
• This gym is below a residential tower so the owners wanted to be good proactive neighbors and avoid any possible noise transfer issues to the condo units above by using the sound proofing materials listed.
• Completed January 2021 

Mayfair Condo Amenity Fitness Room

• Supply and Installation – 1-1/2″ thick of GSP Acoustifloor Soundproof Acoustic Rubber Tile in order to rectify noise transfer issues to residential units.
• Removal of all Existing Carpeting.
• RE and RE’d all Current Gym Equipment.
• Completed June 2020
